Thanksgiving Menu

  Menu101

I have had several request for our Thanksgiving menu, so here you go. Sadly I do not have recipes because I just make it up ;-) Like the new stuffing we are going to try this year: GF bread stuffing with caramelized cabbage and onions. I will add some bacon, fresh chestnuts and sage. Also I have already changed the greens to a salad with pomegranates, persimmons and brie with a pomegranate glaze vinaigrette. I will let you know how it was! If you have any question about anything, just write me and I will help the best I can. So what are you making for this Thanksgiving?

Sounds like a delicious Thanksgiving dinner at your house. We're going to my parents' home so I will only have to take homemade buns and I'm making a roasted garlic/broccoli dish with breadcrumbs and Parmesan. I can't wait for the stuffing and gravy and pumpkin pie!

Yummm!
For us: turkey, cornbread dressing, lettuce salad with cranberry vinaigrette, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted mushrooms (new this year), probably green beans, dinner rolls, pecan and pumpkin pies.

Ummmm... What time is dinner? I'll bring the appetite!

Your menu sounds wonderful Clarice, as usual :) Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!

Your menu looks delicious! We celebrated in October here in Canada with Turkey. I'll be curious to see how the gluten free stuffing goes since we have some family members who can't eat gluten.

We're having my daughter-in-law's family join us again so I am making the turkey, dressing (always the same, my mother's recipe), gravy, cranberry relish, and two pumpkin pies.

My daughter-in-law and her mother are both bringing items o it will be a feast.

I may nap all of next week!
