I bumped into your girls and your mom today. What a sweet family you have : ) They were excited about the cooking they were going to do. I think you're right, they'll be fine without you ; )

Hope you aren't going too far away! I just talked with my daughter near Syracuse N.Y. It was -25* there today!!! :~O Not the kind of weather I want to be in! (Though, she did say it was sunny ~ go figure!)
