Fall Inspiration

Merryville Sketchbook

Oh, you must go check out A Happy Miscellany's Sketchbook 's. Mrs. Stagg has made the most charming sketchbook from an old book. She copied it onto fabric and sewed the book together. Here part two. This really looks like an interesting fall project and a wonderful way to inspire anyone with their sketchbooks. Thank you Mrs. Staggs for the fun inspiration, Mrs. Clarice Fox-Hughes xoxox

Mrs. Staggs is a joy and an inspiration... that's why I named one of my bears after her. Check out Amy's site at Inspire Company! Toooo cute!

I'd love to see your take on this cool project ~ I eXpect it would have beautiful vintage artwork, touches of red or pink and definitely some bling! Am I right?

Brilliant idea! Did you try one yourself? I'm tempted but printing on the fabric has me baffled!

What a talented lady! I love the idea of attaching a pretty bookmark into the spine. What a wonderful idea! Thank you for introducing Mrs Stagg.

I just love my stops at Mrs. Stagg's blog..
and was so happy to see her back...

Dear Clarice,

Thank you so much for sharing! I am off to visit Mrs. Stagg. This looks like a wonderful and fun project.
Love, Paula

Mrs. Staggs' project is so awesome, isn't it? I'm doing my own little thing in following along with her prompts. Such a delightful autumnal activity.

I know! Isn't it precious!

I looks so pretty and what a cute idea! I'll have to drop by her blog and have a look.

Hi Clarice,

I hope you and your girls think about working on this project. Your sketchbooks are one of the projects that I've been thinking of, as I've worked on my book. Now, I have to find the courage to try a little drawing on some of my pages. That's my biggest creative block, and I'm a little nervous about sharing it.

I love all your fall inspiration, and I especially like the way you've fixed up your Hoosier. Wonderful!
