It's been a couple of weeks since the treatment was postponed. My plan was to try and de-stress, but I got a painful UTI and then a week of stomach distress. I think I ate something bad. So anyway I seem to be ok now and I want to get back to my normal routine. So my plan for July is to try and get back to normal, and get back on track with my schedule. It's going to be baby steps, because my energy level isn't very high and I don't want to get back into stress mode.
I was thinking about what I would like to do once I have some energy back. Managing my health seems to take up a lot of my timel, but I think I have to find time to smell the roses. It's easy to get into a rut and put practical matters first. I've started doing my counted cross stitch again for one and I want to get outside more. I tend to be a house bunny, but I think fresh air and sunshine are very theraputic and my dematogist suggested getting some sun on my skin daily. I just threw out a lot of dead plants from my back porch this morning and so I think I'll get some new ones and try and bring some beauty to that area.
I love to spend some days walking on the beach during the summer, not on really hot days through. My dd is having fun with her camera and I was thinking I should take some outdoor photos, its a good way to get me outside.
What do you like to do during the summer?

I think all those sound like really good ideas mom. If you got to the beach first thing in the morning the heat will not be bad. Where you live would be perfect for photos. You should try to walk downtown, have tea at the shop while the girls are working xox
