Hi Linda!

I must check out Giada's book! I love quinoa, it's so versatile, and full of protein. My daughter really likes chia seeds, she likes them with Greek yogurt and fruit too.

I guess it's time I start getting serious about my eating habits, so many wonderful, healthy foods out there to try! Really good suggestions on meat. It's so hard to find good, grass fed cuts here - cutting off the fat is always a good idea. You always have such good ideas!
