Clarice,
I hope you get to feeling better soon, I'm getting worried about you. I love how you spoke about taking care of yourself, putting Mother's Day off until your feeling better. Good for you. A special day can be celebrated anytime you like. BTW, the cookies look way yummy, & love your lamps necklace. Lisa

I just had to smile because my two year old *DOES* say thank you, quite often in fact. She is very articulate and loving. She told me today, "I love you mommy, I love you more!" So sweet!

mmmmm... sounds divine.... We love lavender! Thanks for your thoughts.....Hugs and Happy Mothers Day to you!!! Mica

The Pleasures of Homemaking

Hi Clarice, I'm sorry you're still not well! Wise of you to have your Mom's Day when you are able to really enjoy it!

The cookies sound amazing (as do all your recipes cause you're just an amazing cook)! I haven't used almond flour yet. I'm just getting into using agave etc sweetners instead of white sugar. I'm sure I'll make my way to almond flour eventually!

Feel better and have a good weekend!

Hugs,

Manuela

This recipe looks amazing Clarice...I can't wait to try it (I am lovin' almond flour)! So sorry you're still under the weather. I hope you feel better soon (have you tried ginger tea and/or acidopholis sp?). I hope you enjoy a wondrous mother's day my friend. Keeping you in my best thoughts.
Love and hugs,
Tracey

So sorry you are not feeling well, Clarice! It is no fun being ill for so long.
I have had a soar throat for several days now and have no energy to do anything! I chalk it up to all the strange weather we have had here in WA. Hope is settles down soon.
Your cookies sound delicious! And as Lena said, perfect with tea! I have some almond flour that is wanting to be used up and I think this is just the ticket! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Blessings!
p.s. Do you keep your own bees for the honey? :~P

Clarice,

These sound similar to shortbread, but with almond flour, yummy!
I hope you get to feeling back to your self soon. Make sure to get lots of rest and those cookies!

I'm sorry you're still not feeling well. I hope things will be much better soon.

These cookies sound really, really lovely. I love honey, and lavender is such an interesting flavor. I bet these will be perfect served with tea.

You take good care of yourself.
